Matthew Barraud

Joined Universal Maritime at the end of 2013.

Matthew has spent a significant portion of his career to date working within in the sail training industry and is the founding director of Morvargh Sailing Project. He has sailed since age 14 starting in dinghy's and progressing to skippering Tall Ships from 74ft to 50ft. He started his motor yachting career a few years ago but is now an RYA Cruising Instructor power.

Experience: Over 65,000 miles in a large range of sailing vessels and approximately 15,000 miles in motor vessels.
