Matthew Taylor

Matthew studied boat design at university and has a great interest in the yachting industry as a whole. Upon completion of his
degree and following a post graduate placement at a yacht brokerage he decided to gain some practical experience and pursue
a career working on superyachts. He has spent the last four years working on a number of large motor yachts over 50 metres in
length, spending the majority of this time in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Matthew no longer works at sea full time however Universal Maritime offers him a fantastic opportunity to still get out on the
water and put his Yachtmaster Offshore qualification to good use.
